Working Together

I help people going through overwhelming life transitions learn to find harmony in their changing lives.

You wake up not sure where to start your day with so many swirling tasks in your head. You often feel alone in your struggles and unsure of where to turn, not wanting to seem like a burden. You want to make time for yourself but it feels impossible with the never ending to-do list. You feel your anxiety levels consistently rising, and are noticing shifts in your relationships as feelings bubble up inside. Sometimes it's hard to recognize this new person you’ve become.

You want to be the best version of yourself, use your time intentionally while offering yourself grace. You want to reclaim your confidence and feel some sense of control. More than anything, you want to feel authentically you again. I can help you get there. The first step is simply to understand your emotions so we can learn to handle the stressors of life in a new, healthy way. That’s what therapy is about. It’s about recognizing patterns that you may have outgrown and ways to adapt to your life’s new flow.

Let’s get you to a place where you can feel settled and accomplished. Request a call with me today.

Hi, I'm Lindsay!

Thanks for landing here, I am passionate about reconnecting individuals to their authentic selves as we go through the many ebbs and flows of life. I believe that multiple factors play into our continuing development as individuals. This includes our community, relationships, spirituality, as well as past and present events. In exploring these factors, and understanding your individual perspective, we can work together to create helpful change in your life.
